All IronAC systems are covered by standard warranty terms that protect your investment and ensure peace of mind. Each product is backed by our commitment to performance, reliability, and timely support.

Standard Warranty Coverage

  • 3-Year Limited Hardware Warranty on all IronAC servers and workstations
  • 1-Year Limited Warranty on power supplies, SSDs, and embedded components
  • Labor and diagnostic services included for all in-warranty repairs
  • Return-to-depot repair or replacement service (RTD)
  • Extended warranty options available upon request

Terms of Use

By purchasing and using IronAC products, you agree to use them in accordance with all local laws, installation standards, and access control compliance requirements. IronAC is not responsible for damages caused by improper installation, misuse, or third-party software conflicts.

Support & RMA Process

If your system encounters a problem during the warranty period, simply contact IronAC Support with your system ID and issue details. We’ll assist with troubleshooting and, if needed, issue an RMA number for return and repair.
