IronAC License Agreement

By using IronAC software or system images preinstalled on IronAC hardware, you agree to the terms of this license. This agreement governs the use, scope, and limitations of any proprietary software, utilities, or firmware provided by IronAC.

License Scope

• A non-transferable, non-exclusive license is granted to use IronAC software on IronAC hardware only
• Licenses are tied to the original IronAC system on which the software was installed
• Use is restricted to access control and related applications within authorized deployments

Restrictions

• IronAC software may not be installed on third-party systems
• Reverse engineering, modification, duplication, or resale is strictly prohibited
• Any breach of license terms voids warranty and support eligibility

IronAC software is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. IronAC is not responsible for data loss, service interruption, or performance issues caused by misuse, unauthorized configuration changes, or incompatible third-party tools.
